@grommit! Makes a lot of sense for a case that one buys for looks. I have the XL and I absolutely love it, but mine's mesh because I don't care to show off anything inside, I just like the case to look nice in my office. I think those back-connectors make good sense, a nice trend.

Did -25 on 9800X3D for shits and giggles and lost ~9C temp and no crashes so far. Pretty awesome when P95 can't push it beyond 78C on a 280 AIO. I like it.

@sakete If you don't play much anymore, an X3D would probably add extra cost with little benefit. a 9700x would probably do you well. On the power consumption front, I'm very happy with what I see on the 9800X3D and the 9700X may even do better (look at reviews!)

I did the same thing, that memory was on the QVL. But nevertheless, the 1.35V it was fed by default was not enough, I had to set it to 1.4 manually.

I had odd memory issues on a X570 board when using XMP (the memory didn't have EXPO) and I had to dial in 1.4V on VDIMM manually, never had problems again. This was for DDR4 at 3600MHz. If XMP carried the voltage setting, it wasn't applied (as diagnostic tools showed.)

I can answer that, having worked on fare equipment for major train/bus networks. The SBA is still accepted, coin acceptors (the hardware in a vending machine that accepts and stores coins) always had their profile and there's no good reason to just delete it.
