Honestly, I think their main challenge is Lance's dad. He may be pouring money into the project, but he's also kind of a dick. Good people don't generally want to work with people who are dicks. The exception might be when there's a history of winning, but AM doesn't have that.

Lance is actually an ok F1 driver. He may not be super likable but he’s not awful.
