I am not a fan of the war on drugs, particularly because you maximize harm & prevent people from using properly manufactured & accurately labeled substances.
One thing we could do to minimize the disastrous policy is to optimize prosecution based on harm & not how easy it is to identify criminals.
The public using I’ll gotten prescriptions for regulated drugs is absolutely safer & less harmful than the public buying trash street drugs from trash street dealers.

This is more an industry issue than a tele-health issue in my opinion. There are probably 15+ "anti-aging clinics" and "wellness spas" within 5 miles of my home where you can walk in and be out in under 15 minutes with a bag full of Testosterone, Deca-Durabolin, winstrol, anavar, etc. A lot of people over 40 are juiced, especially women. It's become the new botox for the suburban housewives. A lot of gyms offer steroids as "TRT" via a nurse practitioner on site. They do a blood test, but no one gets turned down regardless of the results as long as you pay your $199 per month...
