Subscriptor Bug with Neutron Star theme

There's a bug with Neutron Star theme, at least in Safari.

1. Login as a Subscriptor
2. Select Neutron star theme.
3. Scroll to bottom
4. Scroll back to the top
5. A non-dismissible advertisement about Neutron Star stays persistent, even when you're scrolled to top.

It appears to mainly occur only if you scroll to the bottom FIRST, to trigger the undismissable sticky footer to stick.

Yeah, this isn't a bug, you're not showing up as a current subscriber, so you're seeing the normal "hey, sign up if you want this" message.

Perhaps your sub expired? If there's something wrong we'll fix it. My ability to see the details are limited, but from the change log I'm seeing in the forum I think your sub might have expired Feb 16th.
