Not sure what exactly is wrong, but it appears the quote button isn't working in this specific Front Page comment section. I checked a few other articles, and forum topics and don't seem to have the same issue. I get the following error when attempting to use the quote icon.
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console."
Workaround, as posted in the comments is to highlight the wording and use the "Multi-quote I Quote" option that pops up.
Only seems to be an issue for this article.
