Downgrade: 2.67.0 Update Introduces New Bugs

First, the 2.67.0 upgrade introduced a new bug where you have to attach a receipt twice. Even though you take a photo of a receipt, the app tells you that the receipt is missing until you take a photo of the receipt a second time.

Second, and most frustrating, the Spendesk developers have STILL not fixed a bug that has existed for over two years. When you use your Spendesk card, 100% of the time, without exception, the Spendesk app incorrectly lists the supplier in the “item description” field instead of the “supplier” field. You have to correct literally every single Spendesk credit card transaction in the Spendesk app. This cannot be difficult to fix.

In the meantime, we're investigating to solve 2nd, 3rd and 4th issues. I'm really sorry that you're experiencing those problems.

Software company that can’t write software

The app sets the date of the expense a day behind the date on the receipt… every time. They claim it’s an issue with their AI they can’t resolve.

If you can’t fix your AI, don’t put it into production with customers and demand they put on extra time to work around it. They should pay me a quarter for every date I have to fix.
